When is and where is pickup?
Pickups take place every Saturday at 12 noon. Location 425 M street SW, Washington DC (near the Safeway and SW Market).
How do I select pick-up?
At the end of checkout there is an option for shipping or pick up, select local pickup and meet up at the designated pick-up location on that Saturday at 12 noon.
For pickup orders when do I have to have my order placed?
All orders for pick-up should be placed by the Wednesday before that Saturday.
Can I request a certain color for wax melts or handsoaps?
Yes, if you would like to request a certain color click on the chat box (lower right) and chat with an agent. Request are not guaranteed.
How long is shipping?
Shipping is normally in 3 days and delivery depends on your area and carrier. Normally USPS or UPS
Do you allow refunds?
No, all sales are final due to the type of products being sold.
